About me

I have been photographing weddings for 7 years. It took me about an hour to fall in love with the genre and decide that this is what I want to do. It’s just like my life: it has a little bit of everything and is an emotional roller coaster.. Speaking of emotions, I am a hopeless romantic, I regularly cry at ceremonies, and I love noticing what makes the connection between two people so special. It’s best when I can capture all of this on analogue film, which is my preferred medium.

I live in a pretty smalltown near Budapest with my husband, we got married in June 2026. I loved planning our own wedding and I can talk about that for hours haha. Otherwise, (unfortunately) I’m interested in a lot of things. In Vienna back in 2016, I tried to study chemical engineering and architecture, I was a waitress, a barista, and a bicycle courier, and in recent years I’ve been studying logistics, while also completing a training as a nutrition consultant. I learnt Portuguese for three years + Swedish and Italian for a while. In my free time, I run, do yoga, boulder, go wild camping in the mountains, or cook while listening to millennial rock.

Why analogue?

Film photography forces a different kind of attention. With a limited number of frames on each roll, every shot is composed deliberately: no rapid-fire bursts, no "I'll just photoshop it later" mentality, just a single, considered moment. The result is a distinctive look that digital sensors still can't fully replicate: natural grain, soft highlight roll-off, and colors with a warmth and depth that feel organic rather than processed. Because film captures light differently than a digital sensor, skin tones render more naturally and the images age well- they won't look "dated" the way heavily edited digital photos sometimes do a decade later. And there's something meaningful about knowing your wedding day was captured on the same medium that has documented weddings for over a century, a physical roll of film, not just a file on a memory card.
